Muhlenbergia capillaris 'White Cloud'
White Cloud Muhly Grass
When planted in masses, white muhly grass is a show-stopping native grass that forms a 30" sphere of fine textured, blue-green grass blades. From September to October, it bursts with a haze of white billowing flowers and seed heads blooms. White muhly grass grows more upright and a bit taller than pink muhly grass. This showy clump-forming grass is an excellent plant for golf courses, meadows, highway projects, mass plantings, and perennial borders.
This grass provides cover for wildlife year-round and seeds are eaten by songbirds. Attracts butterflies.
